Album artwork analysis

This is the album artwork for the album 'All The Right Reasons' by Canadian rockband Nickelback.
Basically, this album shows a car driving on what looks like a motorway. The blur effect in the background and the focusing on the car shows that the car is probably driving at a high speed with a sunrise/sunset setting. I think the story behind this album cover is that the person in the car is leaving something behind for a reason, I think of this because of the album name.
